Yesterday we got a call from KSL News Radio. They interviewed Dale and created a short story about Community Supported Agriculture and Jacob’s Cove. The radio story was very short but there is a longer article online. You can read and hear it HERE.
Since KSL is heard all along the wasatch front we hope that other CSA’s get some attention from the story as well. It’s a good reminder for veggie lovers to get their shares while they can. Thanks KSL!

When signing up for the CSA in Orem, are we charged monthly? or for the whole amount up front?

You pay the full amount up front. That money is used to plant and raise your food. In return the food you receive is discounted from what we charge the general public at the farmer’s markets.
CSA members get the best produce from the farm. You are all first in line. Next comes our restaurant clients. If there is anything left we’ll allow the public to purchase it.

I just signed up on your site and am hoping we made the cut and weren’t too late. Looking forward to news from the farm–thanks for this great opportunity!
